The Kamokado cave is a very suitable destination in the area. A gigantic hole acts as an entrance and takes you into the dark corners of the cave. The atmosphere is mystical and relaxing at the same time. The sound of the drops coming from the walls to the floor seemed soothing.
It was also interesting that the temperature decreased perceptibly after a few meters and a very refreshing climate was found. Just during hot summers in Japan, I can recommend this natural refreshment to everyone.
This was probably my favorite place of this trip. There were Fuji flowers blooming at the entrance as well as the bell that we could ring as we passed by.
The cave was not too long and can be explored in about 20 minutes. For people with claustrophobia, there are areas that should be avoided.
